摘要 The present invention relates to a preparation method for a surface-modified titanium powder, wherein the preparation method comprises the followings: raw materials including titanium dioxide (TiO_2) and a metal reducing agent are subjected to self-propagating high temperature synthesis (SHS), to produce titanium (Ti); residues and chlorides of the metal reducing agent are removed therefrom through an acid leaching process; titanium sponges are broken down into pellet shapes to produce a titanium powder; the titanium powder, from which residues and chlorides of the metal reducing agent are removed, is heated to control the particle size of the titanium powder; and the titanium powder is surface-modified through one treatment method selected among electron beam melting, DC plasma treatment, RF plasma treatment and vacuum arc melting.
