The present invention provides an instantaneous trip of a circuit breaker for a wiring, which comprises: a magnet unit for generating magnetic attractive force when fault current flows; an armature unit arranged in a case to face the magnet unit, forcibly rotated to the magnetic unit by the magnetic attractive force, and elastically returning to an original position when the magnetic attractive force is removed; and a gap maintenance unit for regulating rotation of the armature unit to maintain a set gap with the magnet unit to enable a flow of the fault current to detour the magnet unit when the fault current generates. |
