The present invention relates to a system for managing a food ingredient with an embedded NFC tag. According to the present invention, the system comprises: a transport box integrated with the embedded NFC electronic tag; a mobile terminal allowing a user to check entire information associated with a type of food, state information, a shelf life, record information; a managing server providing detailed information of the transport box or controlling record management and an overall operation of the transport box; and a managing device processing a series of processes for abolishing the food regarding the shelf life. Accordingly, safety and a record of food distribution are managed in a computerized manner, thereby providing efficiency food record management. |
