PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a configuration for stably controlling an output voltage to a load without inducing resonance phenomenon, in a power-supply system that allows effective use of two DC power supplies.SOLUTION: A power-supply system includes a DC power supply 10, a DC power supply 20, and a power converter 50#. The power converter 50# has a plurality of switching elements S1 to S4, reactors L1 and L2, and a resonant attenuation circuit 55. The switching elements S1 to S4 are disposed so as to be included in both a power-conversion path between the DC power supply 10 and power-supply wiring PL and a power-conversion circuit between the DC power supply 20 and the power-supply wiring PL. The resonant attenuation circuit 55 includes a reactor L3 that is magnetically coupled to the reactor L1, a reactor L4 that is magnetically coupled to the reactor L2, a capacitor C3, and a resistor R3. A difference voltage between an inductive voltage Vm1 of the reactor L3 and an inductive voltage Vm2 of the reactor L4 is applied to the capacitor C3 and the resistor R3. |
