The present invention relates to an anti-EPRS antibody which specifically binds to EPRS (glycyl-tRNA synthetase). More specifically, the present invention relates to an antibody specifically binding to human EPRS or a fragment thereof, a production method thereof, and a pharmaceutical composition for diagnosing and treating cancer, inflammatory disease, or immunological disease, including the same. The antibody or the fragment thereof can specifically bind to the human EPRS, and does not have cross-reactivity with other proteins including the same ARS family, thereby detecting and inhibiting EPRS. Thus, the antibody or the fragment thereof can be used for detecting EPRS and also for diagnosing and treating cancer, inflammatory disease, or immunological disease associated with EPRS. |
