The present invention relates to a display device having a gate driving circuit integrated in a display panel to have enhanced reliability, comprising: a display panel including a plurality of pixels respectively connected to a plurality of gate lines; a gate driving circuit including a plurality of driving stages outputting gate signals to the plurality of gate lines ; a voltage generator outputting a gate ON voltage to a voltage output terminal; and a signal controller detecting a change in a current of the voltage output terminal and outputting a back bias control voltage corresponding to the detected change in the current, wherein each of the plurality of driving stages includes a plurality of oxide thin film transistors (TFTs), and at least one of the plurality of oxide TFTs is a 4-terminal transistor whose threshold voltage is adjustable according to the back bias control voltage.
