<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device capable of preventing the generation of uneven drawing of a developer to a developing sleeve by providing the developing device with a mechanism for reciprocally moving a magnet roller in a longitudinal direction which is a rotary shaft direction and periodically repeating the reciprocal movement of the magnet roller. <P>SOLUTION: The developing device for agitating and carrying a two-component developer consisting of non-magnetic toner and magnetic carrier by an agitation member, carrying the developer to the developing sleeve in which the magnet roller to be a magnetic field generating means is arranged and supplying the developer to an electrostatic latent image formed on a photoreceptor to develop the electrostatic latent image is provided with the reciprocal movement mechanism for moving the magnet roller in the longitudinal direction to be the rotary shaft direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
