Laminated glass exhibits particularly high resistance to change of temp. and is virtually fatigue-freE, even in the case of large sheet thickness as used for safety and bullet-proof glass. It consists of a number of connected glass sheets, of which two adjacent sheets have considerably different linear coefficients of expansion. The one glass sheet comprises normal glass and the other is made of glass highly resistant to temp. change and having a relatively small linear coefficient of expansion.
