<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic sealer with a slit which can be pierced even by a member which is not sharp at its distal end like the distal end of a syringe of an injector and a hollow blunt needle and which can hold sufficient sealability before the member is pierced. <P>SOLUTION: The elastic sealer with the slit for sealing a port 20 or the like of for a chemical liquid a container comprises an elastic element 11 having the slit 14 extended along the inserting direction (x) of a cylindrical member, and a laminated resin film 15 coating on the surface 12 including the piercing position 16 of the cylindrical member of the surface of the element 11 and/or the surface 13 including the penetrating position 17 of the member.
