Bracket braces the teeth in the vertical as well as the horizontal plane and is more aesthetically pleasing than the usual brace. The bracket is fixed onto a bow wire and is made of white polycarbonate with a base plate and a shaft and, essentially overlapping on all sides of the shaft, flanks forming into a head and a vertical groove lying in the same plane as the underside of the head which accepts the base of the bow wire. The base palte adheres directly onto the plate. |
