PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air supply system for a fuel cell in which air is uniformly supplied to each unit of the fuel cell in a fuel cell system using a centrifugal blower that is low in electric power consumption and extremely low in discharge pressure. SOLUTION: A wind path 41 is formed from a Sirocco fan 43 to air manifold 45 that distributes air to each air induction path 8 of a fuel cell main body 2. The cross sectional area of the wind path increases for lower stream. The shape of the rectangular cross section is so formed that changes in order as the ratio of the long side and short side of the rectangular cross section may become larger than two. The velocity distribution of air flow is uniformed by damping the circulation flow blown out from the Sirocco fan 43.
