<p>Analgesic 2-benzoylindole derivs. Titale derivs. of formula (I): (where one of R1 and R2 is H, Cl, CH3 or OCH3 and the other is H or R1 + R2 methylenedioxy; R3 and R4 are not >4 C alkyl or NR3R4 is 1-pyrrolidinyl or piperidino; R5 is H, Cl, CH3 or is not >3 C alkoxy; and R6 is not >3 C alk(en or yn)yl linked through a satd. C atom) and their salts with acids, which have tranquillising, antianaphylactic, anti-oedema and, esp. analgesic activity with relatively low toxicity, are prepd. by reacting corr. 3-(is not >3 C alkoxy)-2-benzoylindoles with HOCH2CH2NR3R4 in the presence of a strong base.</p> |
