Moul of a plastics processing machine, esp. injection moulding machine, is temperature regulated, the regulation, consisting of either exclusive cooling (usually for thermoplastic material) or exclusive heating (usually for thermosetting plastics) of one or both half-moulds, being interrupted at commencement, during or at completion of the opening stage, then reinstated at commencement during or at completion of the next mould-filling stage.
