摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an Ag-In-Sb-Te phase-change optical information recording medium which dispenses with a process of initialization and enables excellent execution of high-density recording. SOLUTION: In regard to the phase-change optical information recording medium constituted by laminating at least a first dielectric layer, a recording layer, a second dielectric layer and a reflective radiation layer in this sequence on a base, the medium has a crystallization acceleration layer mixing with the recording layer on the occasion of recording. The constituent element of the recording layer are Ag, In, Sb and Te and, in the main constitution, the composition of the individual elements is expressed by Formula (I): Ag&alpha;In&beta;Sb&gamma;Te&delta; (where the respective composition ratios of &alpha;, &beta;, &gamma; and &delta;(atom.%) are 0.1<=&alpha;<=10, 1<&beta;<=20, 35<=&gamma;<=80 and 20<=&delta;<=35, and &alpha;+&beta;+&gamma;+&delta;=100.
