PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of purifying polymer to obtain a polymer free from monomers or oligomers and desirable for, especially, medical uses. SOLUTION: This method of purifying a polymer containing unreacted monomers and oligomers by separating the unreacted monomers and the oligomers from the polymer, is characterized in separating a polymer solution containing unreacted monomers and oligomers and at least one solvent into a high-polymer-concentration solution phase and a low-polymer-concentration solution phase by a heat-induced phase separation process and separating and recovering only the high-polymer-concentration solution phase. |
