<p>The plant comprises two separate vertical paddle mixers for two separate liquid resin cpds., which are fed either into the main mixer underneath or elsewhere. The verticl shaft main mixer has paddles which in the forward direction are angled at 45 degrees and at the rear at 90 degrees, which is the same as in the resin mixers. It is also fitted with inwards projecting rods occupying the space between adjacent vertical paddles and has a bottom continuous discharge outlet. The mixer offers a high continuous prodn. rate whilst at the same permitting flexibility by allowing diversion of the resin mix to other mixers.</p> |
