<p>An eye needle warp knitting machine with two diagonally opposed beds of guiders which form stitches of an eye needle warp knit, as the fabric is drawn off beneath these. To help the stitches slide on the guider needles, there are two fall plates, which press the fabric upwards and towards the other bed, which causes the previously formed stitch to slide easily on the guider needle. These fall plates are parallel to the guider beds and are worked from cams under the machine. The path of the fall plate approximates the curve of the guiders.</p> |
