<p>The low temperature flowability of a middle distillate petroleum fuel oil, boiling in the range of about 250 DEG to about 700 DEG F. is improved and its pour point is lowered by adding to the fuel oil from about 0.01 to about 3 wt. % of an essentially saturated hydrocarbon fraction which is substantially free of normal-paraffinic hydrocarbons, and which has a number average molecular weight in the range of about 600 to about 3,000.</p> |
