PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin and light paging device, which is incorporated in a wearable item, such as an identification card or a badge, is made to comply with the IEEE802.11 wireless LAN standards and is paged from a designated internet web page and to provide an electronic badge which can be paged and can display paged information. SOLUTION: The programmable electronic badge includes the laminated display of electronic ink, which can be worn by the user and is voltage-applied by a plastic transistor, so that the user can page in a wireless LAN complying with wireless LAN standard IEEE802.11. |
