The waterproof fixing for lorry awnings or flexible covers has a rectractable band that moves to the rear of the lorry and tightens onto the edges of the lorry rear wall. The rear wall (1) has a U profile along its edges (2) to take a waterproof rim joint (3) and the rear support hoop of the flexible cover (5) is wound to the wall along the runner (8).
