摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure outer appearance quality and the planarity of a cramp area in adhering optical disk substrates. SOLUTION: A projected part 25 is formed in a non-recording area 19, a recessed part 26 is formed at the other surface of the projected part 25, an ultraviolet curing resin (adhesive) 18 is coated on an optical disk substrate with a syringe 27, the recessed part of the other optical disk substrate is superimposed on the projected part 25 on the coating and ultraviolet curing resin 18 is scattered off at a speed for obtaining a prescribed adhesive layer thickness through the rotation of a coater table. Then the disk substrate is placed on a welding and curing table, a horn is pressed onto the part where the projected part is superimposed on the recessed part and the horn is vibrated by an ultrasonic oscillator so as to perform welding. Finally the ultraviolet curing resin is cured by using an ultraviolet lamp so that an optical recording medium is obtained.
