PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a back light device, which enables simplification of a manufacturing process in a simple structure and can be miniaturized and thinned. SOLUTION: A lead frame 1 and a mold case 2 of resin are integrally formed by insert molding, and a light source 4 consisting of a red LED element 4a, a blue LED element 4b and a green LED element 4c is attached to the contact part of the lead frame 1 provided in the recessed opening part of the mold case 2. A transparent or translucent resin is filled in the recessed opening part to form a light guide 3. After that, a reflecting sheet 5 and lens sheets (or diffusion sheets) 6, 7 are attached, if necessary. |
