PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a conventional method to operate the information recording processing of an SIM type card by using the SIM type card with a frame card, and to use only the SIM type card by discarding the frame card at the time of using the SIM type card is not desired at all in terms of resource saving and environment conservation. SOLUTION: This IC carrier is constituted by integrating an IC module which can communicate with the outside part into a plate-shaped substrate, and forming a magnetic recording part at one side of the plate-shaped substrate. |
