PURPOSE:To make it possible to perform a maximum efficiency operation of an incinerator by a method wherein the quantity of fluidizing air and the quantity fo re- circulating gas are determined by the multiplication of an optimum set value of a fluidizing gas by a fluidizing air ratio K which is variable due to the difference between the density of excess oxygen and its set value and by (K-1), respectively. CONSTITUTION:Dirt 1 is put into the incinerator 3 and incinerated by an auxiliary burner 4, the fluidizing gas 5 and secondary air FDF while the dirt forms itself a fluidized bed 2. In this case, the ratio K of a fluidizing air (FDB) ratio converter 23 is controlled by the difference between the density O2 of the excess oxygen measured by an O2 sensor 6 at the outlet port of the incinerator 3 and its set value O'2. Further, a forced air adjust valve 15 is controlled by FIC27 on the base of FDB obtained by multiplying the optimum fluidizing gas quantity (GFD) by K and a regenerating gas adjust valve 22 is controlled by FIC28 on the base of GRB (a set value of the re-generating gas quantity) obtained by multiplying the optimum fluidizing gas quantity by (K- 1). As a consequence, it is possible to operate the incinerator with the maximum combustion efficiency irrespective of the variation of combustion load and to control the generation of NOX to the maximum limit. |
