PURPOSE:To improve the operational environment in an excreta dumping booth while cutting down the construction cost of deodorizing installation by a method wherein the fecal odor emitted from a fecal tank lorry and the exhaust gas emitted from the lorry engine are separately collected. CONSTITUTION:A fecal tank lorry 9 is parked near an excreta dumping hole 15 for the crew to connect a dumping hose 16 to the hole 15 for dumping the excreta. The fresh air discharged from a blowing port 7 through an atmospheric air absorbing duct 5 is spread over the floor surface 8 and discharged into the atmosphere by means of an exhaust fan 18 together with the exhaust gas emitted from the fecal tank lorry engine exhaust pipe 10 through an exhaust duct suction port 11 and an exhaust duct 5. The warm blast discharged into the excreta dumping booth 1 from the other blowing port 14 through a warm blast supplying duct 4 mixed with odor emitted from an air plate 13 may be forwarded to a deodorizing unit 20 by means of a deodorizing fan 19 from a suction port 12 of an odor absorbing duct 6 through the duct itself for deodorizing processing. |
