PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a laminated ceramic chip capacitor which can be improved in relative permittivity, decreased in dielectric loss, and is excellent in capacitance-temperature characteristics even if a dielectric layer is small in thickness. SOLUTION: This is a method of manufacturing a laminated ceramic chip capacitor with a capacitor chip 10 obtained by interlaminating dielectric layers 2 and inner electrode layers 3, where the dielectric layer 2 is formed of material powder of barium titanate. In this case, the property of the material powder is indicated by the fact that the intensity ratio (I(200)/Ib) is set at 4 to 16 if the intensity of a diffracted ray at an intermediate point between an angle of a peak point of the diffracted ray on a (002) plane and an angle of a peak point of the diffracted ray on a (200) plane on an X-ray diffraction chart is represented by (Ib) and the peak intensity of the diffracted ray on a (200) plane is represented by (I(200)). |
