PURPOSE:To form a flame sprayed film having stable quality, by reducing the difference in coefficients of thermal expansion of a substrate material and the flame sprayed film. CONSTITUTION:In forming a flame sprayed film comprising ceramics on a substrate comprising alumina, the difference in coefficients of thermal expansion of the substrate material and the flame sprayed film is reduced. Whereby, the characteristics, especially, the electrical characteristics of the flame sprayed film become stable. |
