<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the titled product which is excellent in the photoresistance, heat resistance and chemical resistance with a better color, luster and touch by melting and gelatinizing a glove mold after immersed into an organosol bath of a vinyl chloride resin which is blended with a pigment having the mica surface covered with TiO2 and adjusted properly. CONSTITUTION:A vinyl chloride resin is put into a stirrer 1 with a plasticizer, a stabilizer and a thickener and mixed with agitation 1<1>. In the latter half of the mixing process, the mixture is mixed with a pigment having the mica surface covered with TiO2 to obtain a plastisol, which is defoamed with a vacuum defoaming mixer/agitator 2. Then, it is adjusted to the correction viscosity 3,400-3,600 and the yield of 350-380 in a viscometer with a viscosity adjustor 17 using a diluting agent to make an organosol 15, which is moved and poured into an immersion tank 3. Then, a glove mold 13 made of porcelain or the like hung on an endless chain 12 is immersed and moved in the immersion tank 3 and the sol attached to the glove mold 13 is melted and gelatinized to be molded with a primary vulcanizer 4. Then, an intended product is obtained by applying such a treatment as blocking and secondary vulcanization.</p> |
