PURPOSE:To make it possible to stably supply shaft seal oil without stopping a general service seal oil pump even if the level of oil in a vacuum oil tank lowers, by continuously feeding oil to the general service seal oil pump from a bearing oil feed pipe through a solenoid valve. CONSTITUTION:Seal oil 15 deaerated in a vacuum oil tank is fed into an automatic oil pressure regulator valve 4 by means of a general service seal oil pump 2 and is then fed to a shaft seal section from the part (a). Even if the level of oil in the above-mentioned tank 1 lowers due to breakage of the tank 1, failure of a float valve 12, etc., a solenoid valve 18 disposed in a bypass pipe 17 communicating a bearing oil feed pipe 13 with a general service oil seal pump suction pipe 11 opens to feed seal oil. In this arrangement a solenois valve 20 is disposed between the bearing oil feed pipe 13 and the vacuum tank 1, and is operated in association with a signal from the solenoid valve 18 in a reverse operating relation such that the valve 20 is closed when the valve 18 is opened while the valve 20 is opened when the valve 18 is closed. |
