PURPOSE:To obtain a transformer which allows modification of terminal in any kind of structure by providing the terminal bending guide groove to a bobbin, matching the terminal with the guide groove, then forming a reflow type transformer by bending the guide groove or forming substrate insertion type transformer without bending, as required in any type. CONSTITUTION:A terminal 4, 5 is divided to the terminal 4 which is extruded toward the bottom of coil bobbin 1 and the terminal 5 extruded to the side of coil bobbin 1 by bending the terminal at a right angle in line with the guide groove 6 provided in the perpendicular direction at the inside of terminal block 1c. The respective terminals 4, 5 may be set as the widing side of copper lead in any side but particularly the terminal 5 is used as the widing part and the terminal 4 is used as the terminal for connecting the transformer and printed circuit board. Depth of guide groove 6 must be sufficient for keeping insulation between the terminal 4 and wound copper lead 3. It must be wider at the outside than the width A of the winding part of coil bobbin 1 and the terminal pitch B size is set larger than the size A. |
