PURPOSE:To enable determination of an errorless amount of correction and rapid and accurate detection of position without necessity of a skilled engineer, by performing an accurate calculation with a microcomputer. CONSTITUTION:A phase detector 1 and a vibration detector 3 are set with a field balancer set near a rotating body A and the rotating body A is started, allowing current vibration displacement, angle to be stored in a microcomputer 5. Further, the initial setting of program and parameter inputs are made by a microcomputer controlling apparatus 6 and a result of the computer 5 for an unbalance magnitude is displayed and recorded. Basing upon the result of this calculation, a correcting weight is attached onto the rotating body A and after starting the rotating body A, the vibration displacement, angle after the correction are checked by display and recording apparatuses 7 and 8 respectively. Thus, the computer 5 makes calculation and consequently, the corrected results are displayed accurately and an operating time can be reduced without recorrection. |
