PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a socket mounting board and a lighting fixture in which a profile forming is easy, and a click touch in a rotating operation of a lamp socket is easily obtained and the number of parts can be reduced. SOLUTION: This is the socket mounting board 2 wherein a lamp socket 1 is rotatably mounted between a mounting posture of the lamp socket 1 and a lamp putting on and off posture that has been tilted by a certain angle from this mounting posture. A pair of mounting plate parts 4 made by resin to have a shaft part 3 to pivotally support the lamp socket mutually opposing on both sides of the lamp socket 1, and a bridging member 5 to bridge between this pair of mounting plate parts 4 are equipped.
