<p>PURPOSE:To improve the durability of a scroll type compressor by providing in multiple positions over the sliding surfaces of end plates and laps of both scrolls which come into pressed contact with each other with wear-resistant thrust pieces enbedded and fixed in the surfaces, thereby reducing the wear over the sliding surfaces. CONSTITUTION:On end plate surfaces 22c and 23c which respectively contact laps 22a and 23a of end plates 22b and 23b respectively of a rotary scroll 23 and a fixed scroll 22, are arranged multiple, wear-resistant thrust pieces 36a's and 36b's at suitable intervals. Accordingly, wear over the sliding surfaces due to contacts between the end plates 22b and 23b and the laps 22a and 23a is remarkably reduced, making it possible to improve the durability of a scroll type compressor.</p> |
