PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition excellent in transparency and chemical resistance, further excellent in resistance to ionizing radiation, and consisting essentially of a transparent resin such as a polycarbonate, and a specific copolyester resin. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic resin composition comprises (a) the transparent aromatic thermoplastic resin, (b) the copolyester resin composed of at least two kinds of dicarboxylic acid components in which 1-50 mol% is a naphthalenedicarboxylic acid component, and a diol component, and (c) a stabilizer against ionizing radiation, regulated so that the proportions of the components (a), (b) and (c) based on the total (100 pts.wt.) of the components (a) and (b) may satisfy the following conditions: 50 pts.wt.<(a)<=99.99 pts.wt.; 0.01 pts.wt.<=(b)<50 pts.wt.; and 0.001 pts.wt.<=(c)<=20 pts.wt. |
