PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid problems of conventional techniques such that it takes long time to form a transparent conductive thin film and a low refractive index layer, the processing speed is low and the corrosion resistance of the transparent conductive thin film is not enough. SOLUTION: The above problems are solved by successively forming a hard coat layer 3, a low refractive index layer 4a, a high refractive index layer 5 and a low refractive index layer 4b on a transparent base film 1 and by forming the high refractive index layer from an alloy conductive light-absorbing film. |
