<p>Test bench characterised in that it comprises, for each wheel set, one roller set (16) each formed by two groups of rollers (25) and (26) whose shafts ends are driven by the shaft of a single centrally positioned d.c. electric motor (27) and (28), and in that each roller is mounted so as to be kinematically independent of the corresponding roller of the same group so that it is possible to adjust the torque applied to either roller of one group driving the same wheel.
