The bottom cover consists of a bottom (1) delimited from the front by means of front face (2), from behind by means of back wall (3) and from sides by means of side walls (4). Through the bottom (1) in the area near back wall (3) there is a brought out end of inlet tube (6) and outlet tube (7). The solution consists in the improvement of bottom cover that would provide sufficient space for control and signal elements inbuilt into the front face (2) of the bottom cover, and which would simultaneously enable better lead out of water from the bottom (1) of the bottom cover, while maintaining good thermo insulation properties of the bottom part of the heater and reducing exigence of production. The above mentioned purpose is achieved by the fact that the bottom (1) of the bottom cover is inclined with regard to the radial plane (8) of the bottom cover towards the front face (2) of the bottom cover at angle (α) ranging form on to 30 degrees.<IMAGE>
