The principle of the solution consists in the fact that two mechanically controlled three-way two-position valves (1, 4) are intermittently connected by means of four-way two position-valves (22) through throttling back-flow valves (33, 34) to pneumatically double acting cylinder (3). The control pipeline (9) of the three-way two-position valves (1, 4) and of the four-way two-position valve (22) is connected to the main pneumatic pipeline (12) by means of two-way two-position valve (10).<IMAGE>
