PURPOSE:To easily and surely fix an the inserting operation of a start part of coiling of a metallic wire by arranging control projections to enlarge the dimensions of the external shapes of cores oppositely and arranging an auxiliary core material free to move toward slits in the core. CONSTITUTION:Turning shafts 1, 2 are separated and when the core piece 6 and the auxiliary core material 8 are opened fully, the start part 14a of coiling of the metallic wire 14 is inserted. When the turning shaft 2 is moved toward the turning shaft 1, the control projections 11, 12 for expanding the core pieces are inserted into expansion holes 6a, 7a, the core pieces 6, 7 are expanded outward to make the external shape of the core 3 to specified size. The control projection 13 is inserted into the moving hole 10a of the auxiliary core material to ascend the auxiliary core material 8 and energized toward the slit 4 of the core 3 to clamp the metallic wire 14. Under this state the turning shafts 1, 2 are rotated and the metallic wire 14 is coiled by specified turns. When the turning shafts 1, 2 are separated, clamping can be removed and the coil can be taken easily out of the core 3. |
