PURPOSE:To cool an active electrode by a liquid and to simplify operation by successively detecting the impedance of the active electrode and a counter electrode plate and automatically controlling the start of the feed-out of a liquid corresponding to the impedance. CONSTITUTION:When the high frequency power outputted from a high frequency amplifier 30 is applied to load 100 such as biotissue by an active electrode 12 and a counter electrode plate 26, an impedance detection part 28 detects the impedance of the load 100, the so-called load impedance Z to output the data related to the load impedance Z to a processing part 36. The processing part 36 supplies a signal to a control part 32 on the basis of the data related to the inputted load impedance Z and the control part 32 controls the output of high frequency power in a high frequency amplifying part 30 corresponding to the supplied signal. In the same way, the control part 32 automatically controls the feed-out of a liquid performed by a pump 38 through a tubular structure 22 and a liquid limiting part 24 on the basis of the signal supplied from the processing part 36. |
