PURPOSE:To obtain annular bonded magnet and a resin spacer whose sliding surface has no nock pin marks, by a method wherein the title device is constituted by providing a plurality of semi-circular cavities in rows in each of a stationary side mold and movable side mold in a longitudinal direction and a core mold is provided freely insertably and detachably on the central parts of both the molds. CONSTITUTION:A composition for a magnet or a composition for a spacer consisting mainly of a binding material and magnetic powder is cooled after casting into cavities 5, 6 under a state where a stationary side mold 2 and movable side mold 3 are closed and a core mold 4 is inserted into both the molds and then the mold break is performed. In this instance, an annular molded product is left behind in the stationary side mold 2 or the movable side mold 3 under a state where a semi-circular part is projected from a mold surface. Therefore, the annular molded product can be taken out easily by inserting, for example, a cylindrical matter through a semi-circular part. Therefore, a magnet or a spacer of the molded product is entirely free from nock pin marks on its sliding part. |
