PURPOSE:To block connection of a circuit breaker with a line by an arrangement wherein a board for blocking insertion of handle covers a notched part of a window upon opening of door and blocks insertion of the handle into a lever hole. CONSTITUTION:Upon opening of a door 1B, a latch 4 moves in the direction of an arrow D and passes through the window 5 of a panel 1. Consequently, a protrusion 14 on a block board 10 contacting with the side face 4B of the latch 4 is disengaged from the side part 4B of the latch 4 and the block board 10 is moved in the direction of an arrow E by the tensile force of a spring 11. A dot and dash line shows the state. As a result, notches 2A, 2B of the window 5 are blocked by the protrusions 12, 13 of the block board 10. A handle 8 can not be inserted into a hole 3C of a lever 3 because a pin 9A can not pass through the notch 2A. Since the lever 3 can not be moved, a circuit breaker can not be connected with a line. |
