PURPOSE: A barrier rib paste compound for a plate display device and method for fabricating a barrier rib using the same is provided to decrease the cost of equipment by simplify a compressing device according to the decrease of a molding pressure when molding the barrier rib. CONSTITUTION: A barrier rib paste compound for a plate display device has an inorganic matter, an organic binder, a flexibility polymer, a dispersing agent, a hardening agent, and a solvent. The inorganic matter has a glass 1 with 80-90 weight %, a glass 2 with 5-15 weight %, a Ti with 0.5-2 weight %, a cordierite with 0.5-2 weight %, and a forsterite with 0.5-2 weight %. The inorganic matter includes 40-95 weight % of an entire bulk board paste compound. The organic binder is a thermosetting resin or a radiation curing resin. The organic binder includes 2-30 weight % of the entire barrier rib paste compound. |
