PURPOSE:To facilitate an both-surface copying operation and to make the operation unmanned by comparing the stored size of an original with the size of an original which is fed and comparing the number of originals fed up to the end of the coping operation with the stored number of originals. CONSTITUTION:The copying machine is equipped with an original storing means which circulates originals once before the start of copying operation to detect sizes of the originals in order and stores the detected sizes and the number of the originals in a memory 53, an original size comparing means which detects the size of originals fed after the start of the copying operation and compares the result with the original size stored in the original storage means, an original quantity comparing means which compares the number of originals fed up to the end of the copying operation with the quantity stored in the memory, and a warning display means 61 which displays a warning when the original size comparing means or original quantity comparing means decides comparison dissidence. Therefore, an operator knows overlap feeding even if plural originals are fed together at the same time during unmanned copying operation, so the unmanned copying operation is realized. |
