PURPOSE:To reduce the load of a work tabulating person and to improve the using efficiency of a service car by providing the maintenance patrol work tabulating device with a personal information storing part, a field information storing part and a control part for allocating the service car to a service car using building at first. CONSTITUTION:Information relating to the maintenance of buildings managed by an office out of information stored in the storage part la of a center 1 is received and stored in the field information storing part 11 through a transmitter/receiver 2a. The personal information storing part 12 is constituted of a qualification information storing part 12a for storing the qualification of all workers in the office and duty information storing part 12 for storing duty status in the month concerned.
