PURPOSE:To reduce the labor load required in the treatment of garbage by making it possible to use a disposer subjecting garbage generated in a kitchen to grinding treatment under a condition capable of satisfying the prescription to the waste water discharged to sewerage. CONSTITUTION:A centrifugal separation tank 4 is interposed between the drain pipes 7,8 from the disposer 3 provided to the drain port 2a of a sink and a valve 5 opening and closing the drain pipe 7 is provided on the downstream side of the disposer 3. Further, a water level detector 6 detecting the water level in the centrifugal separation tank 4 is provided and, on the basis of the detection result of the water level detector 6, the operation of the disposer 3 and the centrifugal separation tank 4 and the opening and closing of the valve 5 are controlled. |
