PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly mix recovered toner and fresh toner, in a toner recycling device feeding the toner recovered by a cleaning device and the fresh toner which is replenished from a toner replenishing device. SOLUTION: In this image forming device provided with a developing device 14, forming the toner image by developing the electrostatic latent image formed on an image carrier 10 and a cleaning device 20 removing the toner remaining on the image carrier 10 after the image processing and replenishing the toner recovered by the cleaning device 20 in the developing device 14, the image forming device is provided with a toner replenishing device 40 which accepts the recovered toner by the cleaning device 20, and the fresh toner replenished by a toner replenishing device 60, mixing/agitating both toner by agitating/ transporting means and transporting the toner to the developing device. |
