PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-efficiency fuel cell system and a movable body, incorporating a high-performance plasma reactor capable of instantaneously producing hydrogen-enriched gas on demand in large quantities from water. SOLUTION: Hydrogen-enriched gas is produced from water by a plasma reactor 16 and supplied to a fuel cell 20 to generate power, part of the power is supplied to a plasma power source 22, and water as a by-product of the fuel cell is returned to the plasma reactor 16 by means of a water returning device 25. thereby forming a closed system. Because the fuel cell can be driven by hydrogen-enriched gas produced on demand in large quantities from water by the plasma reactor of low power consumption, a power generating system of extremely high efficiency and a movable body are obtained. |
