摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate necessity of an oxygen enriching facility and reduce a drive power cost by utilizing waste dried preferably in an oxygen defficient state utilizing high temperature sand obtained from a char burning step as waste introduced to a thermal decomposition step. SOLUTION: Dry waste mixture containing dried waste and fluidized sand is introduced from a line 9-2 to a thermal decomposition furnace 1A. Meanwhile, the mixture is introduced from the line 9-2 and high temperature fluidzed sand of 600 to 700 deg.C is introduced from a sand circulation line 5-1 of a char burning furnace 10 or sub-char burning furnace 10B in the furnace 1A. Meanwhile, high temperature combustion gas at 800 to 900 deg.C generated in the furnace 10 is introduced to a cyclone 16 via an outlet line 15. High temperature exhaust gas removed from an outlet line 17 is introduced to a first superheater 20 to be used to heat steam or boiler water at about 200 to 320 deg.C manufactured via a first boiler 24 and a water-cooled wall boiler 36 to superheated steam.
