The high-frequency flat antenna array for receiving/transmitting a linearly polarised wave comprises at least one antenna module. Each module contains four radiating elements arranged equidistantly in one plane on the nodes of a square grid, and a waveguide cophasal power divider (11) in which a TE 01 wave is propagated. The power divider comprises three identical T-shaped members (12) arranged in the plane of the vector E; and four outputs (13) connected by sections (14) of rectangular waveguides (whose axes are perpendicular to the plane of the vector E) to the radiating elements. Each radiating element comprises two plates (1, 2) with electrically conducting surfaces and contiguous with one another. The first plate (1) has a rectangular recess (5) formed in the central area from the side facing the second plate (2). The recess depth (h) is approximately equal to the plate thickness. The centre O of the recess (5) is situated on the longitudinal axis N-N of a section of rectangular waveguide (4). The long side from the recess is parallel to the long side (a) of the section of the rectangular waveguide (4); and in each recess (5) along the long sides and immediately next to them are provided four slits (6) whose length (e) is approximately equal to lambda /2, the slit centres lying at the corners of the square on the side f< lambda .
